The last will of Mujahid Viskhan Albakov (englisch und türkisch)

This statement has been found in a cache and taken from a private notebook of Abu Kudama (Viskhan) Albakov, who martyred (inshaAllah) in May 2009. He was preparing to make a video statement for his family and relatives. Probably, the text that was found had not been finished.


Kavkaz Center is publishing the statement of Mujahid Abu Kudama that became, in effect, his last will, in a form in which was given to the editors, without cuts and abridgements.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful!

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. May the peace and mercy of Allah be with you my parents, brothers and sisters.

I am addressing to you with this statement to explain you my actions and my choice and to encourage you to the right path.

You know me better than someone, and for me it will be easy, inshaAllah, to explain to you the whole situation.

You know that I love Allah and His Messenger (pbuh) that I am afraid of Allah, as I can, and I aspire to deserve His mercy and forgiveness.

Still being at home, before going to Jihad, I realized that the true religion of Allah is Islam. I learnt how to observe it, and I realized that our people are very far from Islam, from Islam, which Allah hath revealed and taught the Prophet (pbuh).



We all well know that Almighty Allah created us and it is Almighty Allah who feeds us and that all people (Muslims) must submit and obey to Allah.

We must live by the law of our Creator. So the question arises - whether we live today, according to the law of Allah (i.e. His Sharia).

But Allah clearly says in His Holy Koran:

"And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed - then it is those who are the disbelievers".
(Sura 5. "The Feast", 44).

Today the infidels (Russians) want our people to become the same as they are.

They are spreading their laws, traditions, customs, holidays, their clothes, their way of speaking, their behavior, their fashions and so on in our land. And in general, all this is their religion, and godlessness.

But not everybody, inshaAllah, obeyed these filthy infidels. There are people from our nation who told to those dirty infidels - "No!".

We will live only as ordered by Allah and we will observe His religion.

But the infidels, local hypocrites and apostates didn't like it. They are dissatisfied with such a choice.

Allah warned in advance about such situation in the Koran that infidels will not rest and will not be satisfied until we leave our religion and follow them.

But we will not abandon our religion, and we not change it for anything, even if they hate it.

To destroy those Muslims who say "no" to their unbelief, they moved their troops to our land, and the Holy War began.

I joined the people who love Allah more than anyone else in the world and who want to establish the Sharia of Allah on this earth.

I will say more, it is a Fard Ayn (obligation, without a possibility to evade) for all Muslims. We must liberate our land from those infidels and their godless law. It is our direct obligation and duty to Allah, for which we will have to answer.

Allah promised to punish Muslims with painful punishments for inaction and cowardice in face of the hypocrites and disbelievers, His enemies.

He, Allah, tests some people through others persons. Some are fighting for the religion of Allah, for the loftiness of His words, for the establishment of His laws, and this is the essence of the believers.

Others are fighting for the law of infidels, for the rise of the word of infidelity (Putin, Medvedev) and for their religion and that is the essence of the unbelievers...."

Rahman ve Rahim olan Allah'ın adıyla!

Hamd âlemlerin Rabbi olan Allah'a aittir. Allah'ın rahmet ve bereketi sizinle olsun annem, babam, erkek ve kız kardeşlerim.

Bu açıklamayla size hitap etmemin amacı amellerimi ve seçimimi size açıklamak ve sizi doğru yol için cesaretlendirmektir.

Siz beni herhangi birinden daha iyi biliyorsunuz ve benim için, inşaAllah, bütün durumu size izah etmek kolay olacaktır.

Allah'ı ve Elçisini (s.a.v) sevdiğimi, Allah'tan korktuğumu ve O'nun af ve mağfiretine nail olabilmek için elimden geleni yapmaya karar verdiğimi biliyorsunuz.

Cihada gitmeden önce halen evde oturuyorken Allah'ın gerçek dininin İslam olduğunu anladım. Bunu nasıl gözlemleyeceğimi öğrendim ve halkımızın İslam'dan, Allah'ın ortaya koyduğu ve Peygambere (s.a.v) öğrettiği İslam'dan ne kadar uzakta olduğunu anladım.



Hepimiz çok iyi biliyoruz ki Allah bizi yarattı ve bizi doyuran da Yüce Allah'tır ve bütün insanlar (Müslümanlar) Allah'a boyun eğmeli ve O'na itaat etmelidir.

Biz Yaratıcımızın kanunlarına göre yaşamalıyız. Bu nedenle bugün yaşamakta olduğumuz hayatın Allah'ın kanunlarına (yani O'nun Şeriatına) göre olup olmadığı sorunu ortaya çıkıyor.

Ancak Allah kutsal kitabı Kur'an da açıkça söylüyor:

".......Allah'ın indirdiği ile hükmetmeyenler kâfirlerin ta kendileridir".
(Süre 5. Maide 44)

Bugün kâfirler (Ruslar) halkımızın da kendileri gibi olmasını, kendilerine benzemesini istiyorlar.

Kendi kanunlarını, geleneklerini, göreneklerini, tatil günlerini, giysilerini, konuşma tarzlarını, davranışlarını, modalarını vb... şeylerini topraklarımız üzerinde yayıyorlar. Ve genel olarak bütün bunların hepsi onların dinidir ve dinsizliktir, Allahsızlıktır.

Ancak bu pis kâfirlere inşaAllah herkes itaat etmiyor. Milletimiz içinde bu pis kâfirlere- "Hayır!" diyen insanlarımız var.

Biz sadece Allah tarafından emredilenlere göre yaşayacağız ve sadece O'nun dinine uyacağız.

Ancak kâfirler, yerel münafıklar ve mürtedler bundan hoşlanmadı. Onlar böylesi bir seçimden memnun olmadı.

Allah böylesi bir durumla karışılacağımız zaman kâfirlerin dinlenmeyeceğini ve bizim dinimizi terk edip onları takip edinceye kadar bundan memnun olmayacakları konusunda Kur'an da bizi uyardı.

Ancak biz dinimizi terketmeyeceğiz ve onlar nefret etse bile onu hiç bir şey için değiştirmeyeceğiz.

Onların inançlarına "hayır" diyen Müslümanları yok etmek için, birliklerini topraklarımıza gönderdiler ve Kutsal Savaş başladı.

Allah'ı dünyadaki herkesten daha çok seven ve bu dünyada Allah'ın Şeriatını kurmak isteyen insanların arasına katıldım.

Bundan daha fazlasını söyleyeceğim, bu bütün Müslümanlar için Farzı Ayn'dır. (kaçınması mümkün olmayan bir zorunluluk) Biz topraklarımızı bu kâfirlerden ve onların Allahsız kanunlarından kurtarmalıyız. Bu bizim cevap vermemiz gereken Allah'a karşı olan direkt sorumluluğumuzdur.

Allah, münafıklar ve kâfirlerle, O'nun düşmanlarıyla karşılaşma durumunda korkaklık ve tembellik yapacak olan Müslümanları sert bir şekilde cezalandıracağı sözünü verdi.

Allah, bazı insanları diğer insanlarla deniyor. Bazıları Allah'ın dini için, O'nun sözlerinin yüceliği için, O'nun kanunlarını kurmak için savaşıyorlar. Ve bu müminlerin özüdür.

Diğerleri kâfirlerin kanunları için, kâfirlerin (Putin, Medvedev) sözlerini yüceltmek için onların dini için ve kâfirlerin özü için savaşıyorlar..."

Sheikh Said Buryatsky schaheed in Inguschetien InschAllah


Er war ein respektierter Sheikh in Russland und schloss sich überraschend 2008 dem Kaukasus Emirate an.





Er studierte an der Al-Azhar Universität in Ägypten und Kuwait.

Ist die Nachricht von den Quellen der Mujahideen bestätigt worden?

Ein großer Verlust für die Ummah. Das erinnert mich gerade an die Geschichte, die Ibn Kathir erzählt (aus dem Vortrag von Anwar al Awlaki über die Gelehrten) ... wo viele Gelehrte nachdem sie hören wie stark die Armee von den Kreuzrittern ist den Weg des Freiheitskampf (Jihad) verlassen. Unter jenen die geblieben sind um zu kämpfen, war Ibn Qudamah al Maqdisi. Jener große Imam der Ahlu Sunnah der das Meisterwerk al-Mughni geschrieben hat.

Möge Allah (swt) die Geschwister im Iman stärken und seine Shahadah annehmen. Und Möge Allah (swt) unsere Sünden vergeben. Amin!

Ist die Nachricht von den Quellen der Mujahideen bestätigt worden?

Brauchen das nicht bestätigen, gibt ein letztes Foto von Ihm, damit meine ich, es gibt ein Foto von seinem Leichnam.

Er konvertierte mit 15 Jahren zum Islam und wurde 1982 geboren, er studierte am Anfang in einer buddhistischen Schule

Es soll laut FSB (russischer Geheimdienst) ein Video geben, das mit dem Handy gefilmt wurde, wo Sheikh Said und die anderen sich auf den Märtyrertod vorbereiten.

Es kommt ein Foto, das nur über 18 jährige an sehen dürfen
